Top rice and curry menu ideas from Sri Lanka

As a Sri Lankan born American, making a rice and curry menu ideas for any meal is a must have in my table. A mix and match of different curries to go with either white Basmati, raw red rice, or parboiled long grain rice would never disappoint anyone in my family. A rice and curry menu can be preset, cooked, and be served in not only everyday meals, but special occasions as well.
