Hi all, I hope you had a great weekend. I had a fabulous weekend with my family. All my fab weekends include cooking, trying out new recipes, eating and going for walks. After such a long time I took out all my cast iron cookware and give them a good scrub and cooked some wholesome meals in it. Lentils are the hype and is a really good source of complex carbs, proteins and trace nutrients if you are trying to add more plant-based foods into your diet. Eating more plant-based foods is evidently good for preventing those not so good blood glucose spikes and keep the cravings at curb.
