It was good day in my kitchen. I spent good chunk of time cooking this yummy vegan creation that has been in my thoughts for some time. Lots of goodness with Soy beans sweet potato and love went in to it . I also made chili to go with it and some hand cut homemade egg noodles. It was a hit.
