While my own batch of shrimp was sitting on the counter, waiting to be cooked I found this delightful recipe for masala shrimp in my feed.
Shrimp is an all time favorite and right about now but I miss the red shrimp curry my mom’s would make with a bit of red curry seasoning, coconut milk and curry leaves. Lightly spicy and fragrant coconut sauce is perfect for the creamy and buttery flavor of freshly caught shrimp . Never Frozen shrimp from fresh catch. Oh so good!
