First week of low carbohydrate meals update…

Slowly and steadily I am cutting out rice and eventually want to switch completely to a ketogenic to low carbohydrate diet. It has always been a challenge for me to stick with my diet because I love my food. I love curries and spice and curry flavors that are dear to me.

This time around I am trying to create my meals around the curries I love so much and skip the rice part. It has so far helped a lot. All that protein,fat spices and veggies are helping me skip snacks between meals. What I love about ketogenic and diet so far is I can still find creative ways to make curries and not miss out on food that I love.

I have to admit that I still miss rice so much. I hope eventually my rice craving will go away. But so far I am doing good. Fingers crossed for next week
