Pumpkin for breakfast an interesting thought ! Its fall and I am on the hunt for easy pumpkin recipes that I can make with cooked sweet pumpkins or easy pumpkin recipes with few ingredients. Interesting flavor combination on this simple and easy pumpkin recipe makes me want to give it a try.

Ingredients:
60g millet
5 cups of water
160g pumpkin
4 blades of Pandan leaves
3 red dates, sliced or
50g raw sugar
How to make
Wash millet and let it soak for about 1 hour.
Bring 5 cups of water to boiling. Once the water is boiling, strain the soaked millet and put into the boiling water. add pumpkin and dates.
Turn heat to medium add Pandan leaves and keep simmering until everything is cooked and soft.
Add sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
