I made my own version of coconut butter . I have been reading so much about it and decided to give it a try. It is so devine. I used desiccated coconut, coconut vinegar, pinch of salt and coconut oil. Whipped it up in high speed blender ( or Ninja smoothie cup). Let it set in a container overnight. Yummy yummy with English muffins for breakfast.
