Mix yellow curry powder, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour over chicken and marinade for one hour to overnight.
Mix red curry powder, tomato paste, oil, and water to make the sauce. Optionally add a little salt and brown sugar to balance flavors if you prefer.
brush the sauce over the chicken and Air fry for 360 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reads 150 Fahrenheit. Open the Air fryer and brush the chicken breast with additional dose of sauce halfway.
Cover the Chicken breast and allow to stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
