Pulses and legumes are great way to get some healthy dose of fiber and protein to my diet, on my quest of limiting and cutting down meat from my diet. I found making curries of them is a delicious and very convenient way , because it goes perfectly with my meal on the side with bread and rice, also they make amazing freezer friendly meals.
