I couldn’t agree more. Reading this brought back so many fond memories. I would also add, Kiribati ( rice cooked in coconut milk with Tuna ambul, lunu miris ( onion and red chili Sambol made in mortar and pastel), Polos curry ( baby jackfruit cooked in roasted curry seasoning), koa mallum. And of course wood apple smoothie. You would have had most amazing food tours you will ever do in Sri Lanka.
