I always love to read about food history and traditions. I got some time to read this morning thanks for my little girl who woke me up at 3 a.m. I am definitely going to try this one this weekend. Rice cooked in coconut milk has always been a favorite of mine and it’s lovely to see other variations of making milk rice around the world.
